Mike Elliott is a seasoned payments and card processing professional with a strong track record of delivering results for financial institutions, including banks and credit unions. He plays a principal role in Artisan Advisors’ Payments and Card Services Consulting practice, which focuses on helping clients achieve more favorable contract outcomes through a rigorous and competitive vendor assessment and negotiation process.

 

Mike brings deep expertise gained from sales and leadership roles at Fifth Third Bank, Worldpay, and Fiserv, where he specialized in payment technologies, card program management, and client-focused solutions. His experience from both the financial institution and vendor perspectives provides him with a unique ability to identify opportunities for cost savings, increased interchange revenue, improved service, and long-term value—translating into meaningful advantages for Artisan clients.

 

Mike earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems and a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Sciences from Ball State University.
