Peter Fotopoulos has served as an executive level management consultant with Artisan Advisors, LLC, a boutique consulting firm providing financial, operational and regulatory advisory support to financial institutions, since 2011. His areas of expertise and client service include strategic planning, financial management, operational analysis, profit improvement analysis, assets liability management, loan loss allowance methodology and valuation and regulatory order response management.

With more than 30 years of financial and operational management experience, Peter has held various executive roles over the course of his career, including chief executive officer, president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer.  He also has served as a member of the board of directors of a privately held community bank and its holding company.

Peter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from DePaul University.
